UC-025P is one-way galvanically isolated converter. It is
intend for use in industrial applications, where different
interfaces must be used and isolation is needed. This device
has voltage input, current input and RS-232/RS-485 serial
interface. Output can be voltage or current, in certain limits
of course. It is microcontroller based, which gives the user
flexibility to make corrections and offset of the output signal,
compared to the input. This converter has the unique function
to convert RS-232 based data to analogue output signal. For
now the output DAC is 10 bits, but in the future we plan to
expand it to 12 bits. Mounted on a standard М36 DIN-bus.

UC-025P starts to work immediately after power supply connected.
Depending on selected input signal two choices are possible
- data reading from RS-232 input or analogue signal measurement
(voltage or current). Then read/measured data is processed,
converted and transferred to the analogue output (voltage
or current). This converter can have different kind of input
and output, which is determined by the four DIP-switches
on the main board.
UC-025P can be mounted on standard М36 DIN-bus. All outer
connection are made with isolated conductors 0.25mm2 ÷ 2.5mm2.
